Computer Crashes with Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

Computer crashes- comes up with a blue screen, dumps memory, restarts, says a serious error occured that has been fixed, then crashes again. I talked to dell they told me to reboot using the Windows XP disk but I still have the problem. It does operate in safe mode with no problems.
