:whistling: :blink: My desktop icons are messed up. The only ones that are working correctly are the "my computer" and "recycle bin" the other ones such as internet explorer and random program shortcuts are accessable but are not how they are supposed to look. I booted into safe mode and they worked correctly, but when i returned they went back the same way PLEASE HELP!!!!!

run all these programs in safe mode...

go start .. click run..type in.. msconfig click ok ..on the boot tab select safeboot restart

then download this

Right click the desktop, click properties, click appearance, click effects

Re-install the video card drivers
