ok AVG finds a virus, now here are the exact problems:
c:\windows\system32\kernel23.dll--result:change,status:changed
c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll--result:change,status:changed
trojan horse downloader.generic2.LEM--status:infected
trojan horse clicker.cqi--status:infected

note: i use spyware doctor, windows defender, ccleaner, as well as a few other programs, none of these programs even show it around

Also i have some exact info:
c:\sys.volume info.\_restore{67bbc2f1-2328-4819-bec9-4623dbe7fd42}\rp101\a0014823.exe
c:\sys.volume info.\_restore{67bbc2f1-2328-4819-bec9-4623dbe7fd42}\rp101\a0014824.exe

Please note, when going to sys.volume info folder, it will not allow me access to it. Can anyone help me with this problem? thanks.
