HI,

I'd like to download 7-zip, I have known about this program for awhile, I've heard great things about it. I've just finished reading great things about in here and it is recommended in several places.

The problem I have is I don't know which file to download, when I go to the site:

http://www.7-zip.org/


Under windows type there is the option for - 32bit or -x64?

I'm not sure which one I have.
How does one tell which one, one has?

What kind of operating system and processor do you have? Most likely, you will need to download the 32 bit version though.

Get the 32 bit, x64 is only for people with XP x64 pro.
