In Everest, below the temperatures, if it shows fan speeds then the ones in BIOS are the warning sensors and are optional

Nothing unusual with the temperatures, unless the CPU one goes higher

Can you open Everest / sensor then minimize it and check it every five minutes

temps have been staying low.

i have also downloaded and installed latest BIOS and drivers for the motherboard. touch wood, hasn't crashed since.

could that be it?

also when it crashes i do not get that blue screen you were talking about. after reboot i also do not get the "windows has recovered from a serious error" type messages that i used to get a while ago.

please see last four posts, i have rambled a bit.
