Is there a winaudit type program made for linux?

I run Fedora Core 4 boxes?

I think you would be happier with Languard by GFI. They are one of the most affordable security scanners. Depends on scale. I work in a very large environment and use ISS as my primary scanner. They perform the same functions that winaudit does.
