I have in the past been able to fix any problems that came up with the computer myself, or at least find a program to do it for me..............until this week! I stumbled on your website this morning, and have done nothing else but read and experiment myself ALL DAY. I think you guys are an awesome resource, (noone has gotten to my stuff yet but I might be able to do it myself if I can find someone who has the sys 32 rss~1.exe issue I also have and not being able to use msconfig or taskmanager)

anyway.............. to bad you dont have a page that says
OK if you have this in your log.... do this, because it seems like you guys have to repeat things alot.

BUT I ADMIRE THE WEBSITE IT IS A GREAT LEARNING TOOL

We did but took it away as we didn't want users accidentally messing up their computers by misunderstanding our advice. We encourage users to join Geek University if they want to learn how to read logs
