adware/spyware issues (winantiviruspro2006)

I'm having some really nasty spyware issues... the website that mainly pop's up is " WinAntiVirusPro 2006" i've tried all the cleanup options offered on this site, and I think I just pissed it off even more... I think the cause of this is related to a trojan. Any help that you can give me would be greatly appriciated... thanks in advanced! :whistling:)

1. Download this file - Combo Fix
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log please

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
