Hi all

I did a search but to be honest I’m not sure what I am searching for. I did a screen shot and saved my problem in word pad, the system is windows XP, as you can see the background is missing from all the web pages. I have checked all the normal settings and reset all the ones I know of back to default. Can someone help me find the setting that has been changed? This is my neighbor’s computer who is elderly and I’m sure she changed a something by accident.
