Running Windows '98 with Outlook Express 6.0 on a Gateway PC that's about 5 years old. E-mails can be sent but suddenly experiencing problems receiving emails -- they either come in late or don't arrive at all, and this has been since 3/16/05. In addition to the Gateway, I also have a Dell notebook from which I'm also using Outless Express 6.0 and I can send and receive e-mails from it. I compared the account setups on both machines and they match.
Called the ISP; after checking a few setting they suggested calling Gateway. After contacting Gateway and following similar procedures, they suggested calling Microsoft which is not prefereable.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
