hi i installed windows blinds but when it said do you wish to restart your computer now or later i said later then i had second thoughts about installing it so i uninstalled right away. But one file remains in the folder and i cannot delete it no matter how hard i try, i tried programs that delete after reboot but its always still there when i check. the file is called sig.bin and its located in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds
