Hi as you might know im on 56kbps and in mexico (cancun) and not using any popular ISP provider (not AOL,Earthlink,etc,etc). I just recently downloaded skype and heard it worked with 56kbps, but when i use it i can wait for even 5minutes and the sound quality is breaking up (for example hi i wa.. t. be yo... par... i.. tod... ev..nt Is there any way to fix this?

SkyPE is not designed for dial-up connections, though it will work but not very well if at all. The only solution therefore is to upgrade to broadband.
