BSOD before login

I receive this message before login

Stop: c000021a (fatal system error). The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)

any ideas as to what i can do to fix it
i have multiple OSes on a couple drives so I'm running a second one to troubleshoot the first
