Experiencing some problems with my system.

HP Pavilion MX70

Some programs not working properly. Called HP they sent me some recovery disc's. Tried to down load them the first time. All started fine. Realized I had not backed up my important documents. X ed out of the program in D drive trying to load recovery discs.

Backed up my system. Tried to load the #1 recovery disc in d drive. Now they are comming up as a pdf file. Other folders are there I can see them.

Was hoping if I put the recovery disc's in it would solve the problems I was experiencing.

Any help....advice?

well you certainly like your games

you should check to see if your hp has a recovery program

it will restore it back to the day it was bought

look in all programs for pc help and tools if you see system recovery

you should try that

all you got to next is update your computer and reactivate your programs

thank you, but f10 doesnt work. did a search for hp recovery and nothing was found. any other ideas? thanks
