Vista RC-1 is better then the betta version, but from what I can see, it still has a ways to go. Many programs still keep locking up, or stalling for long periods of time. But all my drivers worked right out of the gate, no need to go and find them all this time. Some of the extra features on the desktop are nice as well.

It will be a pretty good OS once some of the larger kinks are sorted.

Photoshop CS2 mostly. Having install issues.

I'm also still having issues with right clicking on web pages. Whenever I right click on a web photo or item, i can't select any of the items from the right click menue. I had the problem originally with Vista beta but it was resolved with an update. Now its back with RC-1

I did a clean install using Vista RC1. It all looked good until I couldn't connect to the net with my dial-up modem. I tried everything I could think of for 4 days. It just obliterated my modem, I couldn't even install my ISP's setup disc. :whistling: ....finally gave up and re-installed XPpro.

Well I was having a weird problem where Vista all of a sudden stoped connecting to my wireless network. I'm not sure what the problem was, but after I hooked up the wired connection and got the latest update it worked again. I just thought it was funny how it worked, then stopped, then worked again. While it was down I tried all the usuals, resetting the IP, turning off the router and resetting it etc... Nothing worked till I got the update.
