Good Evening,

Here I am again with yet another computer at the office that needs your skillful touch.

This computer has two hard drives. The small drive is almost completely full - 1.67% free and the large drive has tons of space. This computer also runs Windows 98 and Windows 2000 Professional. I'm assuming that each drive has it's own OS.

I've downloaded and ran AdAware and Ewido. I could not download House Call. The first time I ran Ewido, I stopped the scan at 1600 infected files. Ewido quarantined them. They were infected with NetSky.Q. The next day ran Ewido again, stopped the scan at 1600 infected files - same worm. I determined the date the files were accessed, performed a search for that date and deleted the files. Over 8600. I made sure that they were not important. Ran another Ewido scan. It found only 300 and let Ewido do it's quarantine thing. Ran another AdAware and it came up clean. I thought I was pretty cool stuff. Alas, it is not so.

The computer has been freezing up. Task Manager indicates 100% CPU usage, even with no applications open. I looked at the processes - which I admit is a foreign language to me - and a few things looked suspicious, but I really don't know. One in particular showed up at least three times: LUcallback.exe. Now that the computer is running with a low CPU usage, this process doesn't show up at all.
