I primarily use Firefox browser but for some sites/applications I am forced to use IE. When I close IE the following error message is always displayed:

wuauclt.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x37001328" referenced memory at "0x7c8o1d77".
The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program.


I followed all the steps in the Malware Removal Guide and nothing other than tracking cookies were found.

I also noticed a similar error box near the end of shutdow sequence with the title:

services.exe - Application Error

This one gives the two options Ok or Cancel (to debug).

Should I be concerned or are these just nuisances?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
