I have looked through the postings for the about blank problem ,but am unable to download any of the things that would help fix my problem. It looks as if they are downloading and being save to the temp file, but I can not acess them. Not sure what to do and I am really frustrated with it. I hope someone can help. Thanks

Read the steps on creating a folder and downloading HJT into it please see if you can atleast do that for us and then we might be able to hlpe
