looking for something thats easy to use

Yes as it says im having some trouble locating a program that will let me change all of windows colors instead of just using blue, silver, and olive green. I don't even know if theyre is a program out there that can do that but any help on finding one is very much appreciated.

Why can't you download a theme and use it?

The only thing to be careful about is that some third party themes can mess up some settings. Check to see if there are ratings on the themes.
