winantivirus2006 pop up

Hi, I need help in removing winantivirus2006 pop ups, I have tried various spyware removal programs like spybot etc but they can't find anything. I also tried vundofix but it couldn't find it also. Here is the hjt log:

First let me recommend that you uninstall Spywarebot. It is a rogue antispyware app:

Please do the following:

Click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Go to the forum here and upload the C:\Windows\System32\ntsystem.exe file.

Here are the directions for uploading the file:

Just click "New Topic", fill in the needed details and post a link to your thread here. Click the "Browse" button. Navigate to the file on your computer. When the file is listed in the window click "Post" to upload the file.

Don't forget to post a link to your thread here.

After you have uploaded that file, please do this:

* Download WinPFind

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"
Extract it somewhere you will remember like the Desktop
Dont do anything with it yet!

* Click here for info on how to boot to safe mode if you don't already know how.

Reboot into Safe Mode

Doubleclick WinPFind.exe

Click "Start Scan"
It will scan the entire System, so please be patient and let it complete.

Reboot back to Normal Mode!

Go to the WinPFind folder
Locate WinPFind.txt
Copy and paste WinPFind.txt in your next post here please.
