[vanibus]

my pc is having random freezes that last around 5 seconds for a while now and today it just froze completely. another thing i noticed today was that i clicked the shut down option on my pc, but the computer never really turned off. it just stayed on the "shutting down your computer now" screen for around 15 minutes until i shut off power to the computer (this happened twice today). is turning off my pc without completely shutting down harmful?
