where can i find c:\windows\system32 folder

It is unusual to have to move a set up file to the folder, if you run set up it will install it there

If you click start then my computer, double click local disc C then click Windows it is in there

You might put a single dll file there but usually a set up file will put everything where it needs to go

You would not install an entire programme there

Which programme is it?
