hello there i was wondering if there is any programs i can run to find out exactly whats wrong with his pc iv tried defrag and run c cleaner,
c cleaner seems to help for a short while but after about 10mins its slows to an almost stop again.

im wondering if there is an underlying problem that my knowledge doesnt know about or how to fix a little help would be fantastic.....

Hi notmobile...

My first thought would be malware...

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions found there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself...then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Be patient, the Malware Forum is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual. DO NOT REPLY TO OR BUMP YOUR OWN LOG. If it shows a reply it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

Well i would if he hadnt just gone out and bought a new one!!!!!

But hey who cares its only money.. Besides i bought the old one and just wiped everything and reinstalled windows.. i now got another one to play with :help: :blink: .
