How is it not working?

When you press the key nothing happens?

Do you have a wireless keyboard?

I guess I am a little confused at what issue you are having.

Thanks :whistling:

AHA....you've got a different natural keyboard layout...with the american english keyboard layout the @ and the # are 2 and 3 respectively the " and ; on our keyboards are directly to the left of the enter key

do start then settings then control panel then regional settings, click on the languages tab, in the "text services and language settings" area click details....what's listed?

Hi Dsenette
:help: I followed your instructions and in languages text service box the keyboard listed was English US so i changed it to English UK that solved my problem. Thank you very much Dsenette
