The blanks are music and musical instrument related. Just post the number and your answer. Some of the answers are puns as well as composites of two words.

Joe met Ena on a (1)_________ liner. He thought she looked lovely in her (2)__________ pleated skirt, with a bunch of (3)______s at her waist. Losing no time he introduced himself to Ena and offered to buy her an ice-cream(4)________, which she accepted, but, as Joe was fetching it he fell over an oil (5)________ on the deck. After all this exertion they sat and played cards, but after a while Ena said to Joe, "When I play a high card you always (6)________ one, but when I play an ace you always (7)________." Out on the deck, Joe was getting a bit cold, so he said, "Would you like to go to the (8)________?" To which she replied, "No I would rather listen to the (9)_______." Joe agreed, saying that if he didn't have a (10)________ , he would get a chill in his (11)__________.
