Are they any different to Window's Add/Remove.
If so, could anyone give me a good one.

Nope.

plenty of cleanup software.

Dell Decrapifier (now known as pc decrapifier) for specific applications that come bundled with pc.

add/remove programs is best because that is how the software is designed to work with the OS.
