IE and the folders like my documents, my computer, etc. won't open

Hello. My computer won't open Internet Explorer and folders like My Computer. I am using the No Add-Ons version of Internet Explorer right now. I have IE7. Everytime i try to open IE it shows the window then immediately closes and everytime i try to open something like My Computer, the icons and Start menu disappear and then reappear. I think it's infected with somehting. I've tried everything to fix it. So far i've ran these programs:

Ad-Aware

LQfix.exe

ewido

AVG anti-virus
