Lol , you wont find a huge number of the xbox obsessed a good PC beats a console hands down in every department and being a computer forum there are a fair few PC gamers.

Consoles are ok but they just dont cut it with me and playing fps games without a mouse or at least a light gun is sacrilage to the genre. Only games i ever play on a console are racing games and some beat em ups but not the biggest fan of beat em ups.

Pharoah,

We have an entire forum dedicated to system building and upgrading, and that would be a great place to ask this question. You can find this forum here.

Happy building!

Yup we have a whole forum just for that kind of thing, before you get started though you need to work out a budget no point putting a shopping list together if you cant afford it. Then its what do you need, do you need everything from motherboard to monitor or do you have a semi decent older system with monitor and drives that will suit(although for a gaming system you want a decent monitor).

Do you need it right now or can you wait for the winter tech releases, this year quad core CPUs, and really important for gaming dx10 is coming out.
