Help renaming "user" folder

How can I rename the "user" folder in XP. I don't know why the name of it is "user". When I go to user accounts it has my name "jeremy" as the name of the admin. account but in c\documents and settings\ all I have is "all users" and "user". Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
