Internet browser problems

My uncle is on AOL and for some reason the welcome screen is loading and he can email from there but no web pages load, we've tried reconnecting and restarting the internet. We've also ran a mcafee viurs scan and nothing came up. He's got windows ME. We ran a hijack this log and here it is.

I had this problem once, not exactly sure how i resolved it, but i think it was because i had a poor connection through either the computer to router or router to telephone line, also running on ME maybe isnt a good idea? aint ma cup of tea. But what are his comp specs n hardware theres nothing said bout it.
