Firewall issue

Hi i have norton personal firewall, antivirus installed on my pc, however my firewall seems to be blocking everything.. i can connect to the internet but i cannot do anything once connected.. i carnt browse, play games, email, xfire, msn, nothing.. but as soon as disable it i can enjoy the internet.. however i would prefer to have the protection from the firewall. It did used to work untill i formatted my pc and reinstalled it. It then decided it didnt want to work there after.. ive been through all the options and carnt find anything related to blocking all internet traffic.. any ideas anyone...

Maybe try this:

I can connect to the Internet only if I first disable Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall
