Sorry if this has been posted before.. but my friend is having some problems with his msn.. He was using windows live messenger perfectly fine for about 2 months and then suddenly upon logging in it just stopped working. I tried downloading old versions of msn for him (like 7.5 and 7.0) but both of these also freeze.

It freezes just before the contact list usually loads up. He is running windows XP.

ANy help? Cheers again

try scanning some files i got window live messenger too and my frined told me he cant download the new messenger because it will make him have virus ty for the msg i tought the new messanger would do better but kinda scan for some virus im not very experience but i kinda wanna help!
