Hello all.
I have a HP Laser Jet 4200 DNT.
Using Win XP.
When I try to print from Tray 3, I get the error message " Tray 3 Not Installed."
Troubleshot the thing, looked for info online, nothing.

Can anyone help?

Hi. Have you tried reinstalling the printer? When you install, do you make a full installation or a custom/selective installation? Did tray 3 ever work by any chance?

Hi back.
I have not tried to reinstall.
Tray 3 worked at one time.
Why do you think a reinstall would work?

Id probably do a complete reinstall.

Ok. What changes have you made to the system since tray 3 stopped working? I would suggest uninstalling the software and such (the whole printer) and then reinstalling. It might help. If you have the option to repair the installation then I would try that too. Let me know what you want to do.
