To begin with, i've done everything in the opening post, used all the software exactly as instructed. And it seems to work for about half n hour and then my computer hits the wall. CPU usage shoots to 100% photoshop slows down and browsing the web (especially flash content, i'm a web designer), chugs. I used the online scanning tool and it initially told me i had PC_agent. my Adaware scans always list the same culprits. iecache.....doubleclick.net etc. and a list of others. I fix them and in no more than a day they're back.
