Backdoor.Rbot or Trojan.Mybot-4938

I have a few virus scanning programs. Some when I run them get to certain folder and then my computer just restarts. I just recently removed the Trojan VB-154 with HijackThis and now it seems I have the Trojan.Mybot-4938 (with ClamWin) or also called the Backdoor.Rbot (with AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5) this virus is located in C:\WINDOWS\b.exe. Im not sure what to do now that i have found it.

I have no idea what other goodies are hidden in the computer because everytime I run a full system scan the computer restarts or freezes.
