Over the last few weeks I have noticed that my verizon DSL emails sent from Outlook 2003 are changing once they leave my PC (Running XP). I've been usingthe system for a year or so, and have not made or noticed and changes in the settings.

Messages sent will suddenly contain header and footer tracking gibberish, leaving the message hard to find. Additionally, any attachments are being converted into similar gibberish and appended to the end of the message. The basic setting is for HTML formatting using Word 2003 as the editor.

Sending messages from the same program, but using my MSN account, do not show the same problems.

I've tried different formats (plain text, rich text), but no change.

Verizon, doesn't see the problem as being a result of their service. I am running Norton Internet Security, but am not sure that is the problem (even changed the setting for outgoing mail scans, with no effect).

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Frank

something along those lines indeed wouldnt be something caused from our network. to be honest, id say attempt to uninstall and reinstall OEX before you pull to much more hair out over it.
