Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger Problem - ARGH!

It inconsistantly freezes my computer, it stops some emails being sent, it shuts down some programs occasionally.
Most worrysome is my Security Centre is not enabled. It says I have to restart my computer but it never enables.

I have read over the past few days a lot of forums on this problem & cannot seem to find a consensus on what it is & how to fix it!

Seems it is some kind of virus that has attached to the DR Watson program.
It won't let me disable Dr Watson or open my Security Centre.

SpySweeper & Norton show I have no problems.

I have read all your posts on this site but as most of the fixes are from 2004 - 05, I thought maybe there is now a quick fix that I just haven't found yet.

Can anyone please help me?
