Internet not running

OK i was following one of the other posts that was explaining how to delete panda software, so used the task manager to shut down explorer, and now it won't run again

i've tried doing the file>tew task>explorer.exe thing, and its not working

:whistling:

i need the internet by today for my assignment, and I was deleting panda to save room for my assignment, it seems I just can't win!!

In task manager, choose '"Shut Down'>Restart"
