I kinda thought the same. In the new version chances would be they fixed your problem. Thats why there are updates for windows and every piece of software. Its hard to make software perfect the first time around.

RC2 is pretty nippy just from my little bit of using it the speed on x64 RC2 is really noticably better than XP now and as soon as i find some wireless drivers(nobody likes this wireless of mine) im sure ill be lovin it i just need to try and fix grub now.

Has anyone tested the memory meter gadget it seems a little backwards its a pretty stable 70% no matter how many apps im using.

:whistling: No support for my soundcard on 64-bit Vista still and just installed RC2. (I got a Creative Soundblaster Audigy SE)

Can I install games on 64 bit and they'll work? (Like BF2 and stuff?)

Has anyone tested the memory meter gadget

With 2 gigs of RAM, the meter stays pretty close to 30% unless I'me viewing video or editing graphics when it jumps up around 45%. This is a 6% improvement over RC1 as far as resource hogging goes.

When I follow the link it goes to RC1 not RC2.

Anyway, my question is: Is there some kind of time limit for how long one can use the free OS?

Example: like it stops working on June 1, 2007.
