EUDORA EMAIL PROGRAM

I use EUDORA verison 6.1.06 and set up an email addrees for my brother and mom also. There use to be a green tree looking symbol to the left of the subject line that would show up for messages addressed to my brother only and now its no longer there. How do I bring that back and can I set up one for my mom also????
Also,is there a way to route messages straight to my mom's and brother's mailbox????
I would ask EUDORA but I don't want to waste one of my TECH SUPPORT quotas
for a minor problem.
