Mikomi USB Stereo Digital Headset

Thats what I have and I used to be able to control the volume and mute the sound on the pc with a small box
control that is on the headset. I can't do that now and can only use windows to control the volume. Can anyone how to get it working again so I can use the controls on the headset?

Hi. If that control stopped working I suspect you need to replace the headset.
