I think i have a "popcorn Virus" whenever i try to open a web page or anyother program on my computer i get a popup that says

Microsoft Office Front Page 2003
Windows File Protection

Windows files must be installed for you installation to procede

Error 1933 The wondows installation service cannot update one or more protected windows files

i'm not sure what to do. is there any good way to fix this?
