I had problems with my broadband connection and after the provider worked on my computer, I can no longer connect to the internet using my wireless connection. I originally had a computer geek set up the wireless router...but would now rather fix the problem myself. So, I need help!

I have a network signal and I can "connect" to the network, but cannot connect to the internet. (cannot connect to the server). Also, I sometimes get the message "router not available" I am using an ASUS router WL-530.

What should I do?

Ok heres a opition.

Try by going into your routers page for example on the Default gateway 192.168.1.1

and try changing the channel to 1,6 or 11

I had this same problem and changing the channel on mine worked just fine.
