Start -> Run -> "MSConfig" -> Services ->
Search for that program in that window and untick it's box.
If it's not in there, try the most right tab (I can't give name, my MSConfig is screwed).
Untick that program in that list, reboot.
If the problem persists, I'll recommend you to go to the Malware part of this forum. Good luck.

the win key is located between Ctrl and Alt

press it and the letter r

then type this...... appwiz.cpl

then hit enter

if you see that program delete it

Sorry about my written like that, it lets me know if I should be spelling things out in longhand as is the case here.

I would suggest, restoring your system to the point before the problem, that is called a system restore(the process below)

runbox command
- press: winkey + r button
- paste: %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
- press: enter

meaning
press the windows button and the r button on the keyboard
(that gives you the runcommand box saving you wandering arond the computer)
hilight this line: %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
while hilighted choose copy with the right hand click of the mouse,
click the slot in the runbox with the mouse, right hand click and choose paste, then press the enter button
(the welcome to the system restore window will appear)
then please read carefully the instuctions given in that window then

VIDEORA appears to be P2P type application. I would dump it. Probably came with some unwanted "extra's"

no the ball is in the posters court, need feedback;
- did you try the system restore
- is the situation still the same
- which thread of the three thread are we using, if not this one, close it
