I've look at the options and things and dont see anything to take off the "Net_Graph"

that displays FPS : Ping : Choke...ect.

i know there are commands and things to take it off but where do I type it and what do i type?

Console being the main menu when i open the game ?

because i went there to try to type net_graph 3 and there was no option to type anything so nothing came up...

Hit the top left key on your keyboard the one below escape has a horizontal line with a little lip and a ` on it youll then see the console. You can then enter the various net graphs some are visible some arent.
