Hello everyone

I'm a new member to this site and i need help as i'm pulling my hair out trying to repair my pc.

I had trouble signing in to messenger and i was advised in the end to remove the program and re-install it. That is what i did and now i can't re-install it as the page that comes up says i'm not authorized to view this page and error 403 appears. I've had help from msn but i still can't get any progress. I've enabled activex settings and turned off my firewall on microsofts site and still i can't download the messenger program. Please help as i don't know what to do oh and please make any answer as simple as possible because i'm a computer idiot and i dare say my tinkering probably hasn't help with my problem.

Thank you

Welcome to Geeks To Go, nat1978.

Is this the messenger program you are trying to find?

If it is, or you still get a 403 error, you can do a repair of your Internet Explorer.
