I have been using the Palm T5 Hotsync Manager conduit between my Palm and Outlook 2003 on a laptop for over a year without any problems. (Sync with Bluetooth adapter in notebook)

Recently added the Outlook 2003 sync to a desktop PC at work and now get some duplicate files and some files don't update yet I know they have changed. Sync on this to the Palm is with the cable.

Not using Palm Desktop on either computer.

Any ideas or what more information do you need?

navigate to your palm folder and rename your profile. resync. It should prompt you to recreate the profile. I would also suggest that you do not sync your email as that can overload your palm with to much information. Contacts, calender, ect shouldn't be an issue. Once a full sync is done you should be ok. It sounds like one of the palm db's got a little corrupted.

btw what version of hotsync manager are you using?
