Popup that keeps cycling same sites

Hi im new here but I love what i see.
I keep getting a popup onto my desktop that cycles through the same sites over and overI can close it but it is back in no time. As well my comp is just bag draggin slow ever since this popup window appeared and frequently freezes up and closes IE windows. Ive been digging for like 3 days and it is getting super frustrating. I will list the web sites it cycles as someone may have seen the same cycle before

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
