2nd HDD went from NTFS to RAW

My 2nd HDD went from NTFS to RAW, I think Sector 62 which is the sector that contains the file system went corrupt how can I recover it? I tried to do CHKDSK but cannot do it.

You won't, CHKDSK only runs on formatted drives. Basically Windows thinks the drive is unformatted and the only thing it will let you do is reformat it.

You'll need some specialist software that can scan the drive at a lower level (a sector scan) to get back at the data, assuming its still readable.

Is there a program that will allow me to recover my stuff but also keep the names of them as well since I do not wanna want to rename everything again.

Well I am formatting it now. So I guess thread should be closed.
