I have this annoying little program that pops up every hour or so no matter how many times I delete it, The whole program is in Italian so it is very hard for me to read it. But Depending on how long it takes me to delete it is how many pop-ups, pop-up, It is the exact same website called master69.biz it appears to be an Italian p*** site. Please help me remove it as it is embarassing.

Thank you.

Hi Loki89

Welcome to geekstogo

1. Download the CCleaner unzip the file to install.
2. Open CCleaner.
3. Place a check by everything in the Applications tab.
4. Place a check by Internet Explorer, Windows explorer, and System in the Windows tab.

Please download and install AD-Aware.
Check Here on how setup and use it - please make sure you update it first.

Please read through the instructions before you start (you may want to print this out).

Download and unzip cwsserviceremove to your desktop.
cwsserviceremove

Download CW-Shredder at the link below:
CWShredder

Run CWShredder to fix your CWS problem.

Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = www.google.ca
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = www.master69.biz?1462
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = www.google.ca
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Information Update] C:\Program Files\Information Update\iu.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Lkz] C:\WINDOWS\system32\??chost.exe
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.master69.biz
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.sgrunt.biz
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.yeak.net
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.r...ip/RdxIE601.cab

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
ALCXMNTR.EXE<--Delete this file
C:\Program Files\[BInformation Update[/B]<--Delete this whole folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\??chost.exe<--Delete this file

Exit Explorer

Double click on the cwsserviceremove and when asked to merge say yes.

Please Run CCleaner

Reboot Your system

Download the Hoster from here Press "Restore Original Hosts. and press "OK". Exit Program.

Please run the following free, online virus scans.
http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm
http://housecall.tre.../start_corp.asp

Please post the logs From both virus scans and HJT.log we will need them to remove previous infections that have left files on your system.
